POST 3: MOVIES

I don’t really have a favorite kind of movies, most of the films I like are from different styles and genders, for example the last movie I've seen was Lucy and it is not at all similar to City of God but I recommend it too, it is fascinating the concept of the movie about the cerebral capabilities but I’m not going to tell you anymore about it in case you want to see it, to avoid spoilers

My favorite film is City of God, I think this movie shows a very hidden reality of a lot of people in the world, it is based on real facts. I like a lot and i recommend this movie because the way in which events happen is shown in an interesting way with temporary jumps between past and present. This movie shows the history of City of God favela and how the drug trafficking seizes it, and the war between "LIl Zé" against the group of "Carrot" and "Chicken Manny" with a high level of violence for the winning of the trafficking territory.

Like I said at the beggining, a movie I like a lot is Lucy and I would see it again because the main theme of the movie is very interesting.
